Great value for the money

Everything was very adequate. I would recommend making sure you prayer all dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, extra trash bags, dish soap, and any cleaning supplies that you would like because I do not provide them. There is lots of extra towels and no extra blankets if you get called, you might want to bring a blanket.

Nice house Great location

We stayed there for 3 weeks to get away from the snow in Virginia. Close to Disney. Nice heated pool. Very clean. Dogs liked it too. Could have used a little more dresser space.

Great Property!!!

My Mom, Brother and I stayed here for a week. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect! I encourage anyone looking for a very comfortable property, close to the parks, to stay here! We will be back!

Great Property, Quiet Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Well appointed. Clean. Great little theater room. Pool was great as well. The only thing that was of slight issue but not a big deal was that their L Shaped backyard was rather small making it difficult for our pups to run around but it was still doable! Both Jean & Henry were a delight to communicate with and very responsive!

Great Location and Price!

House was perfect for what we needed. Lots of room and the pool was GREAT for the kids. New appliances and the owner made the place very welcoming. I would use this again. We appreciated the beach suggestions and all the extras (games, pool toys, brochures, erc) left for us.

We had a very good experience, I stayed here with 2 associates for a business conference, the home was plenty big enough, location to Walt Disney World conference was convenient, there are a couple of grocery stores w/i 2 miles of house, I would recommend for anyone, would be especially great for family. Check in was very simple, Henry was waiting when we got there, he gave a great tour and explanation of facilities

Very nice house

Very nice home, there were just 3 of us that stayed there for a conference, but it could have easily accommodated more. Excellent set up for families with children, the movie/pool room was a fun place to hang out and relax.

Wonderful Vacation:)

My family of 3 had a wonderful vacation here. Jean & Henry met us there on the first day, explained everything to us that we needed to know, gave us contact numbers just in case we needed anything and then left us to enjoy our vacation. The house and pool were great, with lots of room, located in a quiet neighbourhood. I would definetly recommend this vacation home to anyone, it is great for all families of all ages :)

House was great, Jean...not so much.

The house was great. Had everything we needed. Room for 14 girls to sleep. Very modern, pinterest decorated home. The owner Jean was pretty aggresive when we met her at the house to check in. 4pm. We were late but i texted her several times to let her know, we arrived at 430pm. Our second morning my first text of the day at 715am was Jean telling me our cars were parked incorrectly....was she driving by and checking on us? (Creepy.) Nope , I came outside because she said she would show us where to park, she must live a door or two down....fine. (she was coming over to put a merry christmas sign up....necessary.)...whatever. The morning of checkout, she texted us to tell us the cleaners were coming at 10, and asked if we had created any damage she should be aware of. (Super weird thing for a owner to ask of her tenants, i took pictures of the damges we found when we arrived, to insure she couldnt pull anything over on us....broken blinds, scraped up closets, missing blinds, missing clock parts, chunks of drywall missing around front door, several loose pallet parts in garage..etc. nothing that hindered our stay, but i wasnt about to trust her to not charge of damage for that crap. "Better safe than sorry") Long story short, the house fit our needs and it was clean, but i wouldnt rent it a second time because of Jean's attitude and helicopter-camp counselor style personality.

Wonderful owner to deal with!

While we ultimately ended up picking a house in a different city, this property is located in a great area of Orlando. The owner was very quick to get back to me & extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Orlando.
