The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cameras are located on the front of the home and one on the left side. There is also one looking at pool equipment. The cameras are always on.
Pool maintenance is done weekly by a professional company. Guests are not allowed to refuse pool services. (See Rule 3)
$100 return trip charge and other potential pool fees should the water need additional treatment (to be paid by the guests) if pool services refused.
