The house was lovely, exactly as described, very clean, refreshing pool and beautifully appointed. There was a bottle of wine to welcome us, the book had all the information we needed and our host responded immediately when we texted with a question. Perfection! A Private Paradise.

Upon entry we were greeted by one of two living rooms, elegant finishes, views of the glistening water on the lake and pool. Two master bedroom suites comfortable beds, modern, fully equipped kitchen, outside living was prime, with salted pool and loungers. Fabulous owners. lovely home.

Fabulous Home in Briarwood!

We spent 4 weeks in April in this beautiful home, and we're so glad we found it! We've rented other homes in Briarwood in the past, and this was the cleanest and most nicely decorated home of those we've visited. The pictures on VRBO are extremely accurate so you can feel confident that everything is just as shown. The owners were so wonderful to work with; any inquiries were answered immediately, and they did everything they could to be sure we were happy and comfortable. We had various family members stay with us during the month, and everyone was impressed with this home. We spent much of our time at the pool with a beautiful view of the lake, along with birds, ducks, pelicans and other friends, and it was peaceful and very private. You can watch the sunrise over the lake from the primary bedroom and anywhere on the lanai. An added bonus was the large TV on the lanai, and it was great to be able to float in the pool while watching various sporting events or movies! The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds were very comfy. The owners are kind enough to provide a good supply of things that many renters need to go out and buy, like paper towels, dishwashing and laundry detergent, etc. We always have a hard time leaving Florida after a visit, but this year was even harder since we had such a wonderful, comfortable stay.
