Excellent vacation

We stayed a week and we had such a fun, relaxing time at this house, great pool & outside eating area, the house had everything we needed & super comfy beds, Derek was easy to get hold off when needed I would definitely book to stay here again Thank you

The Villa was amazing. We loved the pool area and the view to the lake. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen fully covered with amenities.The neighborhood was relaxing and we felt secured.

Beautiful vacation home😊

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. It is decorated beautifully and all the essentials are available plus many extras to enjoy your vacation. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The owner called when we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was more than happy to be contacted if needed.

Tivoli Serenity

The place was great and the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for us all, great amount of cooking supplies, and a lot of toys in the garage for both at the house and the beach!

Lovely Home

A perfect week

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the bicycles that were provided and cycling through such a nice neighborhood. Derek was easy to work with and very responsive. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Naples Vacation

This property and management exceeded all expectations. The house itself with 4 well appointed bedrooms and pool area was very comfortable. Host provided for all possible needs.....bikes,Pickle ball equipment, Alexas ,Keurig,blender, grill and could go on and on. We really enjoyed the location as short drive to all attractions. This is also a great walking neigborhood.This VRBO gets an A Plus!

Amazing Rental

This was a great rental property! My family of 5 relocated for a few weeks to get some Florida sunshine. There was plenty of space for work and remote school and the kids enjoyed the pool and bikes everyday! The owner was extremely responsive and attentive. I would definitely rent his property again.

Derek was great! Provided e-mails with necessary information on a timely basis. No problems with anything! The house was awesome, well-furnished and beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, big and well-stocked, as well as attractive. Pool was wonderful! Especially liked the great kitchen with every appliance you could ask for, spices, dishes, etc. Really appreciated the child stuff: pool toys, bikes, games. Great and safe location too! We'll be back!
