Stayed for the weekend with my family of four to experience Madison before a UW campus tour on Monday. Pre-arrival communications from Samuel and Mike were timely, clear, helpful and check-in was a breeze. You have a digital code for access to building, common areas and unit. Onsite, uncovered parking (right behind the building) is secure, convenient and worth the extra nightly fee. Parking pass was waiting for us in the unit. There were many great restaurants in the area (pet friendly too) and the neighborhood felt safe to be out late or up early with our dog. Took a few walks along the lakefront which was busy with activity (triathalon prep, water skiers, etc). Really liked the modern, loft building and the unit was clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing, we walked to bars and restaurants in Madison. We did get to meet Sam, enjoyed chatting with him. We would stay here again when visiting Madison.

Unit was perfect, especially if you're participating in or watching the IronMan 70.3 or 140.6 - clean unit in great shape - proximity to the lake and the Capitol.
