Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to a large covered terrace, while the master bedroom upstairs features a private balcony with stunning views of Mount Učka and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.
The open-plan living room with fireplace is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests can also enjoy a private gym, relaxation room with Finnish sauna and shower, as well as a laundry room.
The outdoor area (1000 m²) includes multiple terraces, a swimming pool, jacuzzi for 6 people, and a covered wood-fired BBQ — all set in a quiet natural environment, ideal for relaxation and escape from everyday noise.
