The reason I chose this neighborhood because of its convenient location to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Also the view is spectacular especially in the morning.

What makes this property unique
I think the modern look it has and the sundeck off the master bedroom are the main attractions of this home. Go out on your balcony and relax, drink coffee or cocktails or do you watch the sunrise over the water.
