This magnificent 2-bedroom, 3-bath, two-level home is perfect for those seeking a serene escape with breathtaking scenery. Set just up the street from 15 of our other exquisite homes, Retreat 18 offers a unique blend of privacy and community. You will enjoy this premier vacation home with some of the best unobstructed views of Shasta Lake. The home also offers two large family rooms and a den.

The home features two large shaded decks, providing endless views of the lake, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor dining. Whether you prefer a leisurely walk or a short drive, you'll find easy access to the boat ramp, marina, and lake. With ample space to support up to 12 guests (maximum of 6 adults), Retreat 18 is perfect for family gatherings or group vacations. Note that our entire collection can accommodate up to 235 guests if you rent all our retreats.

Outdoor amenities include a BBQ, gas firepit, outdoor sofa and patio table, ensuring a delightful experience for dining and socializing. The modern kitchen, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide all the comforts of home, while a whole-home generator ensures uninterrupted power. For those with boating interests, a boat slip is available at the seasonal marina for $55 per night.

Parking is plentiful for trucks and cars, though trailers must be parked in a different location. Additional conveniences such as a washer/dryer add to the ease of your stay. Dog lovers are welcome, with a pet-friendly policy that includes a $95 fee per dog per stay (Sorry no Cats).

Awesome lake view

House was just as listed online. Lake view was amazing, easy access to the water via Sugarloaf marina. Owners were easy to get ahold of and answered questions in a timley manner.

Amazing experience

We were 2 families, 8 people altogether. Location of the property was fantastic, with lake view from the balcony every time you step out. There were some minor issues with lights, but they fixed it within an hour. Response to any questions, was within 10 minutes. Very closed to Marina and other activities. Overall all of us had lots of fun outside and inside the house.
