Suitability:
Perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. Please note, no smoking is allowed.

Pet Policy:
The owner gladly considers one small, non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) that is housebroken and crated when left alone. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per night applies, with a maximum of $225. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy (large or shedding breeds like retrievers may not be the best fit).

Occupancy and Pricing:
The listed pricing includes accommodation for up to 6 guests.

Sleeping arrangements: The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while Bedroom 2 also offers a king-size bed for added comfort. Additionally, the living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, ensuring ample space for a peaceful night's rest for all guests.

Seasonal Pool Heating:
The Hoa ensures the swimming pool is heated for a week before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The spa remains heated year-round for your enjoyment. Please be aware that while the property owner endeavors to maintain the pool and spa, their operational status cannot be guaranteed during your stay.

Note: The Pismo Shores complex is currently undergoing an exterior painting project. During your stay, you may experience some noise on weekdays while the work is in progress. For the most up-to-date project schedule, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

A Break from the Cental Valley Heat.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The bed was so comfortable. It was a great family vacation.

Fabulous getaway!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location was AMAZING, walking distance to all plus locatee on the beach! Condo has everything you need to just arrive and relax. Definitely will recommend to others and will stay again. Did i mention the delicious homemade cinnamon roll shop at the corner ...oh yeah its a must!
