This luxury town home sleeps eight people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, and a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Fireplace, Smart TV for streaming and Wi-Fi in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ocean views from multiple decks with a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining family and friends. Dining area that seats 8 people. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

Lovely Weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!

Pismo stay

Great location. Love upstairs view from balcony. Had trouble with microwave, tv and fireplace. Paid the extra for pets, so worth it. Loved having our furry friend with us! Great space for 3 generations of family to gather. Must ascend two flights of stairs to enter unit. Good exercise for the grandparents with not having an elevator.
