FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Third floor 3 bedroom / 2 bath beach front condo with the master on the beach side with the entry to the beach front balcony! Another entry to the balcony is from the living room. Great space to gather your loved ones and enjoy your family vacation. A great feature of this condo is also the 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds that the little travelers just absolutely love! How fun are bunk beds? The room has a TV and a nice window so it's bright even though it's on the smaller side. The full kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and cookware so cooking a meal is always an option. A full washer and dryer is also available in the condo for your laundry needs. The balcony has outstanding views of the beautiful beach - no obstructions at all!

Gulf Dunes Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin. Stroll along the beach to the Okaloosa fishing pier or Boardwalk. Much needed rest

Wonderful place. If one thing could be improved...beyond the old school coffee maker...the bed in the Master is rock hard. If you spend enough time on the beach it will suffice. The location and quality of the property is top notch.

Another great vacation

This was our second time staying in this condo. We chose it again because we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We will be back!

It was spacious, on the beach, had carts for bringing stuff up the elevator (ie groceries) and was clean/comfy. We love the GUlf Dunes property, the location is perfect for convenience. This is a great unit to rent, the location of the unit on the third floor is nice being down towards the end of the level where you don't have the elevator noises to hear-this is a big perk! From your 5 star ratings, we think it's safe to assume condo 316 at the Gulf Dunes is going to be your vacation home from now on when traveling to Fort Walton Beach! This is exactly what we hope to provide you-somewhere you are comfortable so you can truly get some peace and quiet time. Afterall, what else are vacations for?! Condo was roomy and in excellent shape. Large balconies is a plus. Was very clean as well. The only thing I would say that would have been nice is that the air conditioner in the right side lobby was working and that there be some way of cooling the elevators. Overall would recommend these condos to family and friends.

The entrance to the beach was easy to get to or you had a choice of two pools. One heated. Loved that we were able to cook our own meals and do laundry. Have one request of owners. At least one frying pan larger than 8 inches. We have already booked to come back next year.
