We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
