Incredible lighted 1 BR apartment with the best view of the area, the heart of Aldea Zama. Just a few steps from the best restaurants of the area, and a mini supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and amenities like laundry, solarium and gym. 15 min away from the beach and downtown.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Aldea Zama its is an open community, that invites their residents and visitors to enjoy superior services and an exceptional lifestyle within a protected and respected natural environment.

Although you have different services just a few steps away, to be able to move to the beach or to Tulum downtown, we recommend to rent a car, scooter or bicycle.

We include on your reservation 15KW per night, in case to go over we going to charge 8MXN for each extra KW.

We will access the unit on Monday and Friday for pool maintenance, so the pool can have proper function.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.


Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.
