Hermosos penthouse, localizado en Aldea maya Premium, una de las zonas privadas de aldea zama, seguridad y tranquilidad en un espacio. El increible PH cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, 2 recamaras, 2 baños y una hermosa terraza con alberca privada gigante, baño y BBQ para pasar un gran tiempo en familia.
El desarrollo cuenta con Gym muy bien equipado, alberca infinity, recepcion, asoleadero. Muy cerca de restaurantes que te quedan caminando del desarrollo.

Although you have different services just a few steps away, to be able to move to the beach or to Tulum downtown, we recommend to rent a car, scooter or bicycle.
We include on your reservation 15KW per night, in case to go over we gonna charge 8MXN for each extra KW.
We will access the unit on Monday and Friday for pool maintenance, so the pool can have proper function.
UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.
Beach Club Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Important:
Free access is available until December 14.
From December 15 to February 15 (high season), a preferred access fee will apply, payable directly at the beach club.
