Villa Los Padrinos La Casita is a beautiful modern style bungalow in the heart of playa El Zonte. This exceptional 2bed/2bath house with a full kitchen is just a two minute walk to the black volcanic sand beaches. Enjoy amazing sunsets in a private setting with pool, a small garden and outdoor dining area. Find the perfect environment to relax, play and unwind. The property includes a private gate that leads to secure off-street parking.
If you are looking to accommodate more guests, inquire about our adjoining property "Villa Los Padrinos - Casa Principal", which has an additional 2 bed/2baths plus a sofa bed. It accommodates up to 6 additional guests for a total of 10.
The Casita is fully air conditioned, has a full kitchen and TV sets in each bedroom as well as fast wifi throughout the property. The property includes a private cook as well as cleaning staff.
Guests have full access to the Casita, including private parking, pool and small tropical garden. No shared spaces.
No parties. No noise after 10pm. For each noise complaint/infraction a fee of $100 is charged.

We (Thierry & Lukas) rented this property Los Padrinos in September 2023 and as a joke one morning, we were asking to each other if the owner would want to sell the property to us.
That's how much we loved it.

Why they chose this property
The location is paradise. To be able to walk in El Zonte and walk to the beach were amazing. We've got to meet incredible people and we also felt very welcomed by the locals (very sweet people).
