Light Up the Living Room
Step inside Sweet Pea Cottage and feel the charm of this open-concept duplex retreat. Natural light pours through the windows beneath a soaring wood-plank ceiling, where new leather seating and a plush accent chair invite you to settle in. Gather around the stone gas fireplace on cooler evenings, test your skills on the Multicade tabletop arcade unit, or host a movie night on the big screen TV. There's always something going on at the cottage.

Cook, Dine, and Sleep Well
The fully equipped kitchen brings everyone together with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, an island with double sink, and breakfast bar seating for 2. After dinner at the round dining table, retreat to one of 2 private bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a tiled walk-in shower with 3 showerheads, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and shower/tub combo. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out accommodations for up to 6 guests total.

Easy Access and a Great Location
Sweet Pea Cottage delivers on the practical side too: single-level layout with zero-step entry, flat paved roads and driveway, parking for 2, and a community hot tub and swimming pool just across the road. The Parkway is only 2 minutes away, putting Dollywood, The Island, mountain coasters, gem mining, and dozens of restaurants right at your fingertips.

Important Notes
Community pool access is provided and managed through a third-party company. Cabins for YOU is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Ring doorbells are on the front and back doors. Guests may use the garage by heading inside and opening it from the interior of the home; a garage clicker is not provided.

A coworker and I stayed here for a business trip and the place was great! The location is great, it was very clean, and the price was better than some of the local hotels! Will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Loved this cottage!

Everything was very clean and so modern. The kids enjoyed the arcade game. Loved the convenience of the pool right across the street. Location was perfect....still close to the main parkway.

Great Stay!!

It was so close to the parkway. Super clean and comfy! Property manager was very nice and welcoming and really quick to answer questions we had!! I recommend staying here and will stay again in the future!

Our stay was very good. It was spacious and had a very comfortable king bed in master. I loved the shower having two shower heads in master bathroom. I really enjoyed being so close to all the things that we did.

Gorgeous place; safe neighborhood

The best part of the place was the adjoining parking lot where we were able to play pickleball as a family. The kitchen provided what we needed to prepare all our meals. The only downside was the previous guests left food items in various drawers in the living room and bedroom.

Hidden Gem

We absolutely loved staying here and are already planning to come back next year if not in the fall. I think we found our perfect place for vacationing in the mountains. Perfect for small families. Owner is very considerate of your needs and is quick to answer you back with any questions. Very clean in a quiet community right off the strip.

Nice duplex

Nice duplex that was conveniently located to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Master bathroom was very nice with large shower that had multiple shower heads. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool was right across the street from the duplex.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to everything. The home provided a started set for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, and it was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our family also loved the video game center and nice back yard! All communication was helpful, prompt, and professional. We highly recommend and definitely hope to stay again for our next visit to Pigeon Forge!

Summer 2021 : Short stay

We stayed 2 nights at this condo in Pigeon Forge. It was in a great location being able to get on/off the parkway quickly. It is located in a quiet little neighborhood. The condo had a plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults / 2 young children), One item to note is that you cannot use the garage as it is locked with a keypad.

Very thing was nice

The house was really nice. The only complaint I have is everything looked clean and the floor looked clean but when we did not have socks on our feet turned black!! It needs a really good mopping! But other than that it was a nice place to stay!

Nice property and close to attractions

Beautiful house. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to all of Pigeon Forge. Very spacious for a family and MUCH better than a hotel. Our only complaint is the cleaning fee which was more than the daily rate is extreme. The globes on the lights were covered with dust and cobwebs in the corners of the windows on back of house. Seems like the cleaning fee should be on a daily rate. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Spacious 2 BR, Great Location

This property was exactly as described and was even more spacious than the pictures could show. Right off the strip and across the street from the pool, couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything you need to feel at home away from home; blender, air fryer, coffee maker, all the kitchen needs you can think of. Retro arcade machine was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if going to PF. If I had to give one negative it would be that the vents could use a vacuuming. Otherwise it was great, you won’t be disappointed.

Very clean, great location and would definitely would stay here again.

Had everything we needed. Wished the living room would of had a recliner. Great house. We noticed someone had scratched her hardwood floors in the living room. So sad people cant take care of other peoples property. We mainly just slept and showered we were on the go the whole time we were time. The traffic was horrible. Took us 9 hrs to arrive when normally it only takes 5. We would stay here again for sure.

Living room furniture not good for sitting. Sink way in and the couch would lean you to the middle. Beds high and hard to get in unless you are tall. Toilets are short and hard to sit on if you have knee issues. Master shower a nice walk-in.
