Oxford's Sand Castle... Welcome to Paradise! A truly grand vacation home! Spend your family vacation in elegance and comfort in the well-appointed 5-bedroom 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home located near the center of Wrightsville Beach and a few blocks from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. One of the few homes with its own private walkway to the beach.
The main level features a large, open floor plan with a living-dining area and a kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances- perfectly designed for family gatherings. Just off of the kitchen is a small office area with an Apple computer for your use, a large pantry and laundry room. The oceanfront living and dining area lead out to a covered porch with comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. On this level there are 2 bedrooms with private baths along with a half bathroom in the hallway.
The top level has the oceanfront primary bedroom which opens onto a covered deck with views from one end of the beach to the other. The attached private bathroom has a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one that is oceanfront and one that is not. Each of these bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You will find an additional seating area on this level to get away, watch TV or read a book.
When coming off of the beach you will find an enclosed outside shower on the ground level. There is also a double car garage. Reserve this home now and start a family tradition worth keeping!

Items provided for this home include conveniences such as custom pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
