Just what the doctor ordered
We had to travel to Connecticut for my teenage daughter to have major surgery. At the same time, my husband has been struggling with back issues and was ordered to take it easy. This place was perfect for all of us to rest and recover. The home is bright with lots of space and amazing views. We would watch wildlife for hours. If you take a 10-minute walk you are at the ocean. The owners were great to check in on us and make sure all our needs were met. You can't go wrong here!

We divide our time between this Connecticut home beside our daughters and grandchldren and London where we have lived since the 1980's.

Why they chose this property

We looked for over a year in and around Rowayton, and then rented twice in Village Creek over two summers. When we heard this house might be for sale we grabbed at the chance to purchase it and then renovate it completely. We simply loved the situation, the views, the friendliness and knew we could be happy here. We were right.

What makes this property unique

We love to walk and bike and just relax on the deck or at the beach. Also it is great to be able to go the NYC as often as we want. The wildlife and wetland views never cease to delight whatever the season. So it combines country living with easy access to City life when the mood changes.
