Cozy Lake Latoka Cabin with Loft

Escape to our cozy lakefront cabin, on the shores of Lake Latoka . This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cabin with a loft is steps away from the lake on level shoreline. The cabin uniquely features a private dock, boat slip, shared private beach, fire pit, and a patio with table, chairs, umbrella, and propane grill.

The cabin sits approximately thirty feet from Lake Latoka and is western facing to capture beautiful Minnesota lakefront sunsets. Lake Latoka is known for its clear water, fishing, and water sports. The lake is about 108 feet deep at its deepest point and has an average depth of 42 feet. It has 9 miles of shoreline and is known as a trophy Walleye fishery.

The front door is on the south side of the cabin and is equipped with a smart lock for self check in convenience. The open floor plan features many updates and renovations and includes a full kitchen, eat in dinning room, cozy living room and a fun loft. The bathroom features a full size bathtub shower.

LIVING ROOM:
This room features windows and a sliding door facing the lake and overlooking the patio and fire pit. There is a cozy sleeper sofa that becomes a Full size sleeping space. A 43” Smart TV with Roku, paired with our high speed WiFi internet allows you to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus or any other streaming service you have access.

KITCHEN:
The newly renovated kitchen opens to the living room and has updated appliances and back splash. Stocked with all the essentials, feel free to prepare a home cooked meal if you'd like.

LOFT:
The loft is an airy space overlooking the living room. A great space to hang out and sure to be a favorite. The loft has a new Queen size memory foam bed. There's a window facing east and a safety railing with ladder on the west side.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a full size bathtub shower with a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The cabin sits ten steps from the lake and has a patio with dining area, propane gas grill, and overhead solar lights. Enjoy a campfire with the lake side fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Your own private dock allows you to tie up your watercraft or use it to fish for Sunnie's, Crappies, Walleyes, Northern Pike, and Bass. To the southwest of the cabin is a private shared beach to enjoy the lake or borrow a kayak and life jacket to go explore.

There is a boat access and public beach less than a half mile to the northwest of the property.

Other things to note:
The cabin is located in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you are respectful of their privacy as well as the quiet hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

There is no parking on the side of the residential street overnight. You may get a ticket if parked overnight. This property is strictly PET FREE. Thank you for understanding.
