Enjoy the sight and sound of the Sugar River in a completely renovated large open 2 bedroom 2 bath unit.
Gaze out the floor to ceiling windows at the Sugar River, watch TV, play board games, read a good book, chat around a large farm table, go fishing or tube down the Sugar River, bike or hike on the Sugar River 100 mile trail, enjoy a cocktail in one of 4 local pubs (all within 1 block), bowling (1.5 blocks away), enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the new diner (1 block).
There are many festivals and live bands in neighboring towns like New Glarus, Monroe and Brodhead. Enjoy all the entertainments Madison offers with only a short drive (45 mins), or spend the day at one of many water parks, shopping and entertainment Wisconsin Dells has to offer.

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Sugar on the Sugar River. It was a comfy spot near lots of activities. We visited the New Glarus brewery and went into Monroe for the Saturday farmer's market. recommend staying here

Great river views!

You can't beat the river views at this property. You can go tubing just a block away and float down the Sugar River. It is a quick 20 minute drive to New Glarus if you go north-ish and a quick 20 minute drive to Monroe if you go south-ish.

Albany/Sugar River Flat

Great view of the Sugar River from large windows in this very nice and spacious upstairs flat. Super clean and comfortable for our family. Easy walk to the ice cream shop was a big hit with our grandchildren. Would highly recommend.

Hidden Treasure

This place is a hidden treasure, it is beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean and more spacious than pictured. My husband fished the river both mornings and caught several bass. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

My dad was in hospice at home and i needed a quit place to get away.

They did an amazing job renovating the place and it was much bigger than anticipated. I can see two couples or a small family enjoying this place. The only downside is i was there alone so after the add on fees it was pppricey$345fothnighnightitheowners fault

Thank you Mark. Just so you are aware our total payout is $215.00 the rest is all tax and fees, our nightly charge is 185.00 and 50 for cleaning which comes out to 235.00 and after fees our payout is 215.00 . You get 89.00 back from VRBO for the damage protection if no damage is reported.

We came to the area for a local Balloon Fest about 20 minutes south. The owners let us check in late with a code for the door. We were surprised how large the rental was with big bedrooms. There is a huge table and games to use. We played Uno Flip and had a blast. there is a full kitchen. In the morning we watched fishermen wading through the river behind us.
