The house features 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower/bathtub for a refreshing experience. Enjoy the comfort of natural gas heating and AC throughout the home. Whether you’re unwinding in the spacious living room, sitting in the 3+ Season Porch or getting ready for the day... with the hair dryer & iron provided... this awesome property has you covered. Our place will help you feel at home while visiting the Greater Madison Area while you unwind in Oregon, just 10 minutes south of the belt line!
If you're a golfer... we are located right off Hole #1 Green and #2 T-Box. The view out back is fantastic and very private with a fireplace and Adirondack chairs to take it all in.
A gas grill is also available on the rear deck that faces the backyard, golf course & sunsets!
You'll find a modern kitchen with granite countertops and peninsula (with seating for 4), flat-top stove, oven, microwave and brand new dishwasher... along with a side by side Refrigerator/Freezer.
All blankets and linen provided for all sleeping accommodations! On another note... there is a keyboard/piano in the walk-out lower level so feel free to use it if you have any musical talents!
In other words... Make yourselves at Home!!
Note: Nearest Water Park is in Barneveld or the Wisconsin Dells in case you want to plan a day excursion.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Key pad on front entry door, we will give you the code a day before your arrival. Or feel free to call us at 719.696.5335 prior to your arrival for the access code.
Please keep the garage overhead door closed when not in use. Before you leave empty interior garbage bins into the large garbage cans in the garage, one with recycled items (blue) the garbage (brown)
The propane gas grill on the back deck is available. Kindly turn on the gas at the tank valve... use grill... then turn off the propane at the tank valve after you shut off all burners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Host offers Guests complimentary Artwork (one limited edition print per Adult) As a gift. Artwork is in front room display bins 12" x 18" prints!
Our home is considered a Duplex Condo Home so kindly do not make excessive noise that might disturb adjacent Owner to the north. Thanks!

We were first attracted to the fact that the home is right on the Golf Course... and only minutes to all the Fun and Activity that Madison, Wisconsin has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The most unique feature in my opinion is the fantastic views out the backdoor... and it's spectacular sunsets and fireplace area with its Adirondack chairs to watch the night sky's. Plus... everything you could ever ask for is all on one main floor. Come and visit.... we're certain it will exceed all your expectations!
