As of January 2022, this home has a brand new, completely renovated kitchen with all new appliances! Great coastal and relaxed home for you and your family to spend your vacation. Fully furnished with all kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer and all the essentials to make you feel like you are home. Lots of parking room on the property for those with boat trailers or jet ski. Enjoy this classic beachfront Cottage. The master bath has been updated with a tile shower, tile floor and a modern vanity. Sleeps 8 comfortably but could sleep 10 using the 2 built in day beds/sofas in the Living Room. 1 TV with basic cable and wifi included. Just 11 short blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and 7 short blocks from the North End Fishing Pier and Freeman Park.
******As of July 28, 2021 -- The homeowner has replaced the master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom mattresses and updated many of the kitchen cooking and dining utensils.******
Sheets and towels are not provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.
