It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, sendo3 suites upstairs and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom downstairs, and integrated family room to balcony and gardens.
In the social part, it has large swimming pool with deck and lighting, gourmet kiosk with cooktop and grill, an outside toilet next to the pool and garden.
