Sunrises will greet you each day and partial sunsets each night. We offer professional concierge services for all aspects of your trip.

Fantastic spot

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Villa Royce. Six in our party, wife, 2 daughters in mid 20’s and 2 of their friends. House was perfect for us - beautiful layout and well stocked with everything needed. Short 15 minute drive to beaches and pool was a great spot to unwind after a day at beach. We will be back!

Amazing house and view!

This house is amazing with the best view. Our family of 7 adults has stayed at several vacation homes and this one is the nicest we have ever been to. It is a perfect location being close to Cruz Bay with restaurants and shopping but quiet in the bay with a beautiful view of the boats during the day and lit up at night. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. The check-in with Kelley was great and she took just the right amount of time with us and had a welcome snack in the fridge. There was a nice binder full of printed restaurant menus that got used every night which saved us so much time. There are two large washer and dryers that was very helpful. The setup of having four bedrooms with bathrooms that are all identical has been the most appreciated! The house has beach bags with towels in each room. This house was the best experience for our family! I highly recommend this stay!

This property exceeded our expectations. The online photos don’t do it justice. Walking in, we were immediately blown away by the incredible views overlooking Cruz Bay and the pool with the same amazing backdrop.The home was spotless, and everything felt brand new, from the Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances to the fully stocked soap dispensers in every bathroom and the kitchen. Those little details made it feel like we were the first guests.We traveled with two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), and the layout was perfect. All four bedrooms are in their own private wing, with two spacious master suites and two equally large bedrooms below, each with its own bathroom. The house was so large we didn’t even use every room, and the family room became our nightly gathering spot.The beach closet was stocked with chairs, coolers, beach bags, towels, and accessories, and the welcome bottle of wine and cheese board after a long travel day was such a thoughtful touch.The location was another huge plus—less than a five-minute drive to downtown Cruz Bay’s restaurants, bars, and shops. The driveway is steep and winding at first, but that’s simply part of renting a home on St. John, and it became easy after a couple of trips.Our only wish was easier access to the water for fishing, but that’s just the natural terrain. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
