This home is especially meaningful to us. My husband served as an F-18 pilot in the U.S. Navy and now flies as a commercial airline pilot, I was in Real Estate for 25 years and we’ve always valued time together as a family.

We chose Surfside Beach because of its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere—it offers everything we love about the coast without the crowds or party scene. It’s the kind of place where mornings start with coffee by the ocean and evenings wind down with a walk to the pier.

When we found this condo, we knew it was something special. The rare two-level layout, private balconies, and boutique setting made it feel more like a home than a typical beach rental—exactly the kind of space we wanted to share with our own family and friends.

We’ve created this retreat to be a place where others can do the same—slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories by the beach.
