Trash pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays. If you happen to stay on these days, please leave trash bins on the curb the night before.
The city water is well water and is not drinkable, please bring water bottles. Water pressure maybe low from time to time.

A great place to stay in surfside. Pet friendly, and safe. Has a boat slip which was great. Hoast was nice, abomination were great. Had a good time and so will you.

Definitely recommend!

Beautiful new house, located near the marina! Nice deck to lay out on. It was clean and had almost everything you needed. It is newer so it didn’t have seasonings and things left behind from other, but that was not a problem. Overall great place.

We stayed for 7 days and could not have picked a better place! Very clean and a perfect layout overall for a group stay. The bunk room was great for the kids, and having three bathrooms was so nice. The beds were all comfortable and the neighborhood was very peaceful. If you plan to do alot of cooking bring your seasonings and you will be good to go!We look forward to coming to stay again!

This review does not reflect the true condition or value of our property, which we take great pride in maintaining to the highest standard. The guest originally submitted an inaccurate reservation, leading to an incorrect initial fee. When an unauthorized pet was brought onto the property, we requested the mandatory pet fee—which was never paid. Unfortunately, this request upset the guest and resulted in a retaliatory negative review.
