Provincetown is so convenient from here - ride your bike, or take the shuttle bus and leave your car! Come relax, party in town, then chill on our deck and beach - you'll go home relaxed and refreshed!

The Neighborhood: 10 minute drive to beach, 3 miles east of Provincetown center. Hike the dunes, take in a whale-watch, visit the galleries of PTown, 18 holes at Truro's Highland Links Golf Course or stroll the village of Wellfleet searching for the perfect spot to slurp a dozen oysters.
Getting Around: Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note: • Pets: Pets are permitted with prior approval and payment of the pet fee(s). Please inform us promptly upon booking about the type, age, and name(s) of pet(s). Pet fee is $50 per pet per night.
• There is a $25 fee for any lost or unreturned keys.
• Smoking: all Lexvest properties are smoke-free. To respect the homeowner and other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings and within 50 yards of buildings and/or outdoor amenities. If you smoke, we reserve the right to charge a $1,000 smoke remediation fee.
• Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.
• Drones and fireworks are prohibited on property.
• Cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
• Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.
• Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.
• No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. Guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.
• Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase an accidental damage waiver with $59 of coverage. Please report any damage immediately to us to avoid charges or responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage, removal of items from the property, and any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: during the busy summer season, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. If you are interested in arriving early or departing late, please contact us in advice. If we are able to assist, we reserve the right to charge a small fee, which helps us recoup the cost of rescheduling cleaners. We urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature, weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. Depending on the activities you plan, we recommend packing hiking, running, swimming, horseback riding, and/or running gear. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.

We had an amazing time at this property in Truro. The studio was clean and very well appointed. While, it did not overlook the beach, it was right on the beach. It was also very close to Provincetown. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again!
This was our second time staying in one of Sue’s properties and she is by far the best host we’ve had of any rental in the Cape. Very communicative and she makes the check in and check out process a breeze. Unlike most other rentals on the cape, Sue provides towels and sheets, and does not require rentals to do all the cleaning if the property before departing. Her places are always clean and updated. This unit is very cozy - it’s a studio, almost like a hotel room with a kitchen. That was perfect for the two of us and our pup. While small, the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed (including a Brita water filter in the fridge and three different coffee machines - wow!). The mattress is firm but comfortable and there were plenty of pillows that seemed new-ish. This unit is in a complex that runs perpendicular between the road and the beach, and the unit is the one closest to the road. We did have a bit of road noise compared to the unit we stayed in a couple years ago which was on the end closer to the beach, and the streetlights made this unit *so bright* at night. I am somewhat sensitive to light at night but my partner is not and even he was bothered by the brightness. I recommend just bringing a sleep mask with you if you think this will be an issue. Overall a great and relatively inexpensive (for the cape) stay.
Great location and the place was very nicely newly redone. We spent dinners in P town and days on the beach. Very close to many National Park beaches, biking and the beach right at the place was great too - warm with big tides that are fun to walk out to sand bar during low tide.
This was perfect for our stay in Truro! Right on the beach and close to Provincetown. We had a wonderful time.

False advertising
The description and photos are false advertising! The property is located near the ocean but the units are NOT oceanview let alone oceanfront as the description states. The view from the “porch” is the parking lot.
The photo of the two chairs facing the ocean are not from your unit. They are placed on a wooden platform facing the ocean.
If I wanted to stay in a hotel with a view of the parking lot I would’ve booked a hotel and saved $100 a night! Be aware!
Nice and clean, newly renovated. Less than 5 min drive to Ptown. This unit is on the road, so unfortunately no water or beach view. Overall worked well for a weekend.
