I had a really lovely stay at this house in Apollo Beach. The place was spotless when I arrived, felt fresh and welcoming, and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. Exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. Everything was as described, comfortable and well kept. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host was thoughtful and communicative. It was nice that he reached out ahead of time to ask if we wanted to keep the pool safety fence in place or the pool heater. He also accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. To top it off, we were welcomed with a lovely Easter basket full of goodies and decorations, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—we’d definitely stay again!

House was everything we were looking for. Pool was awesome and being on the channel was relaxing and beautiful. Owners John and Michelle were wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying there and we look forward to finding a time when we can go back.

Holiday Vacation

The property was very nice, all you needed was food and beverages. Area still recovering from the hurricane. Considering booking again next December. Host was very responsive as well.

The entire property is very well-maintained, the internal remodel was done very, very well. The home was close to everything that we needed off property. We will be back.

During Hurricane Milton

Our stay was interrupted by the Hurricane, however this Host did great to assist in our needs, and canceled flights. We hope to return one day, to enjoy the Sunshine and a boat ride!

We had the absolute best vacation at this property! From the time we booked we had the best communication from John. He truly cared about our stay! The house was super clean and had everything you could ever need and so much more! We did a grocery delivery for our arrival, grilled out, used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels and enjoyed local beaches. We swam a ton in the warm pool, fished off the dock and watched dolphins and ducks. Theres even bird food so you can feed them, which we all loved. There were fishing poles and tackle at the house and a bait shop close by. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want or need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I cant say enough good about our trip and would love to come back again!

Amazing Hosts & Property

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep every night. The property was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay—plenty of kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, and even little extras that made it feel like home. The hosts were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help out with anything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Fantastic Week Away

What an incredible week away. We usually do the main touristy areas but wanted to try something different this year and man are we ever glad we did. This property is a hidden gem. The kayaks were an amazing treat. We took them out to Tampa bay to watch the sunset one night and to swim on a sand bar another time where we got to see stingrays. We had a dolphin swim next to us while in the kayaks and almost daily had one swim by the canal while we were on the dock. The manatee visitor centre is a great local, free event, although your best time to go there is Ianuary and February. The house itself is quaint and has more than enough space for a family of 5 (which is what we were). The host is extremely generous and easy to reach if there is any questions or anything at all. We had zero issues and would recommend the property to anyone. The area is sooo quiet and safe. Enjoyed a morning jog several times in the week and enjoyed meeting several neighbours while out. One thing I will note about the area is that there isn’t too much ground that doesn’t require a bit of a commute, so our kids did get tired of driving everywhere but the home and the wildlife experiences definitely made up for it!

This was a very clean, well kept home. 3 bedrooms were all very roomy and master had its own bathroom. House is beautiful. Easy check in when you arrive. Hosts left a very easy to follow set of instructions/rules for their home which included restaurants and such near by. They have kayaks but we were so busy we didn’t even get them out to use, definitely will next time. The pool was awesome, lots of pool accessories and lounge chairs to use. The house comes equipped with fishing poles and some gear to use. Also has beach stuff and chairs to use & a cooler. We walked in and there was some coffee to start us off which was nice as well. Very quiet neighborhood situated with an hours drive of Siesta Key or Johns Pass/treasure island and about 30-40 minute drive to Skyway Pier. We spent a lot of time fishing different places and visiting different beaches and this was perfect it was in the middle of everything. This was definitely the best house we have rented through VRBO and the host was great when we had questions. We did feed the birds everyday, the host left seed out and we filled it twice a day and watched all kinds of birds come visit throughout the day. Covered patio was nice also, lots of seating. Onsite laundry is always a plus. Just a great house!!!
