Docks 12C: Waterfront Condo with Pool + Fishing Pier

Docks on Old River 12C is a waterfront, family friendly condo. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a fully stocked kitchen. with cable TV in the living room and smart TV's in both bedrooms. Come watch the sunset from the spacious balcony overlooking the old river in Perdido Key. This unit is located in the gated community of Docks on Old River and includes an outdoor pool, outdoor grilling/seating area and fishing pier.

Free Wifi is also included. Located on third floor, elevators available.
**Please note: Parking boats on dock - Owners ONLY**

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Easy check in and truthfully they were great with checking in and making sure we didn’t need anything. I did have issues with my lock and they responded promptly and had a locksmith come out and get things fixed- and super quick! My kids enjoyed it and we will be back!

Great communication from the time of booking til checking out.. Anytime I had a question while there I received a quick response.. Property, unit, and pool was very clean and it was very peaceful.. Check in and out is down the road a few miles but it was quick and easy.. Tho I wish it had beach access across the street we enjoyed the 2nd public beach access about 2 miles from property... I would definitely stay again...
