Come stay with us in our newly renovated lake cottage! Located at the 4mm of the main channel. From the moment you step inside, you'll be invited in comfort. The living room is furnished with plush, inviting furniture, perfect for sinking in after a day on the water. The two bedrooms are a perfect haven at the end of the day with plush mattresses and soft, cozy linens to stylish decor. One bedroom contains a queen bed the other bunk bed and twin! If you need more sleeping use pull out couch.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals, while cooking on the grill in the comfort of the stunning lakefront porch.
Included with your stay is use of the dock with a 28x10 slip and swim mat.
Located a short 6 mile drive from the strip. 3 mile drive to Boat House which features dining and a swim up bar and numerous other dining and bar options. Including Jolly Rogers. Manuel’s Cantina, Traffic Jam and Hero Junction. If your fortune enough to have your own boat in the possibilities are endless on dining in bar.

The location on the lake was perfect for our crew who wanted to fish and swim. Johnathan even brought us a new lilypad so the kids could jump off the dock. Steep dirt roads to the home seem to be common in this area. We were glad we had our suburban for the trip.

The hair had quick communication which was wonderful! One of the girls had to vacuum when she got there due to it being a little dirty. We had to wash a couple of the blankets due to them smelling old and musty. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was clean. It would definitely help to be better advertised as to exactly where to turn because a few of us didn’t find it the first time.

Jonathan was great to work with. Very accommodating and easy to keep in touch with. House was very cute! Loved being so near the water and watching the boats, etc. Fishing was fun but, we didn't catch a lot. Of course it was pretty chilly when we were there, but still had an amazing time!

House was clean but could smell dog urine on rug. Host was great with communication. Host had mentioned previous renters had dogs and let us know that the screened in porch had big holes in screen so watch our dogs. Who ever used the grill did not clean it. House could use some wash clothes and dish towels. We did not like the drive way since the rain washed out gravel and the to get to house was very steep sidewalk so if you have issues with your legs or back I would not recommend. Then when we were leaving someone either let dog run loose and it pooped by truck so my husband stepped in it or whoever dog it was is to lazy to clean up after their own dog.

Overall, this was an okay place to stay. The house was "clean enough". We were disappointed with the condition of the windows and screened in porch. There was a beautiful view, but the sliding glass doors were so dirty, it was difficult to enjoy (we did clean the glass). The screens were torn in several areas, but the worst part was that there were so many dead bugs and debris on the screens - that it just felt dirty and disrupted the view. Also, there were only cushions for two of the four porch chairs. There was one couch and 3 kitchen chairs inside. For a home that can sleep 6-8 people, it would make sense to have at least one or two more "comfortable" places to sit. It would be helpful to have known it was on the main channel - the water was so rough there was no way we could swim or float off the dock.All contact with the host was via messaging - and he was very accommodating- offering early checkin and late checkout. In my opinion, this could be a really nice place to stay - it just needed a little more TLC to host guests.

Beautiful house and great view of the lake!

Jon was a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and was perfect for my family! We spent the majority of 2 days swimming in the lake, hanging out on the dock and fishing. It was a great spot for fishing, we caught lots of blue gill and a few large and small mouth bass! The kids had a wonderful time, everyone was sad to leave! We will be back soon!

The place was clean, but there was dog hair on the couch and rug. The bathroom trash can had a bag but water was in it. The view was nice, fishing not so good in the cove. The gravel road was not fun. All in all it was a nice stay.

Jonathan was quick to respond to our questions and check in was very easy. The inside of the home was very clean and overall our experience was positive and comfortable. Our only issues were driving on the very steep and narrow gravel road to get to the property and the dock had some dry wood that did cause minor splinters, so would recommend wearing shoes on the dock.

Check in was noon. We were almost to the house about 2:00pm and still hadn’t received any check-in information, so I had to reach out to the owner. He responded quickly with the door code and wi-fi password. Once we walked in, we noticed the floors downstairs and upstairs had not been swept and the living room rug had not been vacuumed. I reached out to the owner just to let him know in case he was using a cleaning company. He told me the mess was probably him bringing in toilet paper and paper towels after the cleaning crew left. I swept the whole main floor and second floor and my husband vacuumed the area rug. There looked to be animal hair and food crumbs, normal mess from a family staying there a few days. It was definitely more on the floor than just stuff tracked in from shoes. Before bed, we were brushing teeth and noticed a lot of bugs were coming in through the bathroom window because the window was ajar and wouldn’t fully close. My husband had to wedge a piece of cardboard under the window to keep it closed to prevent more bugs from getting in. The bathroom sink was then very slowly draining, so my husband removed the clog and it then worked as it should. I didn’t report these last two issues to the owner after the brush off I got after reporting the dirty floors. We came to have a relaxing evening, not clean the house and perform repairs and maintenance. The view from the screened in porch was beautiful, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was perfect my my family of four’s get away and chill week. Comfy inside the house. Being the outdoors and the lake the screened in deck and dock had its fair share of spiders and bugs as to be expected. For a teenage girl traumatic but for the other three no problem lol. Highly recommend this stay for rather a family, for a guys golf trip or for those with a boat looking for a place to lay their heads.
