Cozy cottage 20 minutes to beaches! Less than 10 minutes to OWA & Beach Express.
This is a small cottage with living area/bedroom and a bathroom. Large relaxing covered deck to unwind after a long day at the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 25 minutes to the beaches at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. 10 minutes from Foley, Alabama. Cottage includes all bedding, towels, small kitchenette with toaster over, slow cooker, microwave, blender, coffee pot and dishes.

We are originally from Colorado but got tired of the snow and came to lower Alabama and fell in love with this area. We love having so many beaches close by and going out to eat at one of the many great restaurants in the area.
Why they chose this property
We live in a neighborhood that is located in Elberta town limits but feels like we are out of town as everyone has an acre or more. We can hear a rooster crow in the morning or goats in afternoon, but still have all the amities of living so close to Foley, AL.
What makes this property unique
This is a small cottage that offers some privacy and a quite escape from the crowds of the cities. If you want laid back this is the space for you.
