2B- Darling studio near U of O and Downtown
Perfectly located studio in the heart of Eugene. Close to U of O, Performing Arts and numerous restaurants. Or just settle in and get cozy in my cute little studio with all the amenities that you will need to make this a perfect stay. The mattress is a super comfortable mattress with cotton sheets and quilt. Bathroom is a tub/shower combo and there is medicine cabinet and vanity to store your items. Kitchen is stocked with a microwave, coffee pot and small range for your cooking needs. Oil, basic spices, coffee/tea and hot choc are provided. There is a wardrobe closet and cabinet to hang and store your clothing and a lovely small drop-leaf table that can be expanded for computer work or dining. I have high-speed internet and there is a smart TV for your entertainment. If you need to get some laundry done, I have a small laundry room in the back of the building that is either coin or app operated; soap provided.
