Location is Great! Close to Cruise Port!

The location is great and the hotel and rooms are really nice, its very Overpriced and they charge you a resort fee and all the snacks & beverages in the room are very Expensive and I booked two 3 bedroom suites and for the amount I paid for a 1 night stay there is no way the sofa in the room should have been Filthy Dirty / or Stained as they put it. I was very Disappointed, I didn't use the living room at all, and all they offered was my resort fee back even though I didn't use any of the amenities that I was paying a resort fee for.
