As Grovites fell in love with this unique old Florida classic , simple Cracker cottage. Located on a historical road, in an upscale neighborhood in the heart of Miami. Often referred to as "Bohemia on the Bay" the grove is a relaxed bayside village with open air parks and pedestrian-friendly city center filled with small cafes, galleries and boutiques. Miami's oldest and most centrally located neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
The house is located close to Miami's hottest destinations. Just 10- 15 minutes away from the beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Wyndwood, Design District, and Miami Beach. Just 3 Minutes to Downtown coconut Grove, walking distance to the park and the marinas. Easy access to US1 and 95, and 15 minutes from the airport.
