This beautiful and SPACIOUS 2 floors 2070 sq. ft. (192 m²) Beachfront condo with TOP OF THE LINE EVERYTHING was renovated six years ago to offer you and your loved ones a memorable vacation experience.
Pavilion 2 is a beach and oceanfront townhouse with direct access to Atlantic waters and beaches, a rock-stone throw-away. **We are NOT in the condo-hotel high-rise building**, which houses most smaller studios.
A boardwalk leading to South Beach between the beach and our building is also available.
Located mid-beach at 5445 Collins Avenue, Pavilion 2, this Pavilion sleeps 6 guests in 3 sleeping zones over two floors. The second-floor sleeping accommodation offers a private main bedroom (king-size bed). The first-floor sleeping accommodation offers a guest bedroom (queen-sized bed) with total privacy and opaque low-iron glass walls. One guest bathroom with a shower and toilet is near the pantry. The Castle Beach Club Condo Hotel, initially erected in 1966 and stylishly revamped in 1970 by Hugh Hefner as the Playboy Plaza Hotel, is a notable structure on Miami's coastline. While it has successfully passed the forty-year certification and is on its way toward the fifty-year milestone, it must recognize that this building is not one of the striking, amenity-packed newer constructions that define the Miami bling-bling scene. It requires frequent maintenance as an older structure among many on Miami's coast. Additionally, being a lively and bustling condo hotel, it exudes a vibrant character.

The HomeAway platform automatically calculates nightly rates and fees according to the number of staying guests indicated at the time of booking. Current prices are based on four persons; the maximum apartment occupancy is six guests. Should there be any discrepancies in headcount from booking data compared to the building registration form, an additional 50 dollars per person and night will be invoiced by the owner beyond the 4th guest. The hotel lobby security desk manages access to pavilions. All bookings must complete a Building Registration Form with all guests' names (eDocusign sent after booking).
