Condo is on the first floor with a nice furnished patio giving on a grassy area.
Renting period of minimum 30 days.
2 pools equipped with showers, one with sauna, the other one with hot tub and gas BBQ. The pools and hot tub are lit at night, outstanding for evening swims.
Decoration is European light colors style, very classy and comfortable (mix of Crate & Barrel and Copenhagen style).
The condo is located within walking distance to Albertsons Grocery Store, Walgreens, Starbucks, LA Fitness and several small restaurants and shops.
Bicycle trail in the middle of lakes and nature is starting across the street (McCormick Parkway).
The Pavilions mall is located three miles east on Indian Bend.
Old Scottsdale, Scottsdale center for the arts, Fashion square shopping center are 10 minutes away.
