What makes the Caribbean Breeze Condo unique and Cowpet Bay West Condo Association unique:

1) Caribbean Breeze: True Beach front condo (you can actually watch kids on the beach from the balcony), listen to the waves all night, 1 minute walk to the pool, pool bar and restaurants

2) Cowpet Bay West Condos "face" east, which means you will get beautiful breezes all day long (Many visitors don't even turn on the A/C!) The sun is the South mid-day so is not shining in the condo making the balcony enjoyable!

(The other condos on Cowpet Bay - Cowpet Bay East Condos "face" south so the sun is in your face all day long, most condos have ZERO breeze and you need a DONKEY to get up and down the steps to and from the water and The Elysian - is beautiful but the condos are CROWDED, too far off the beach and have up and down walks/steps everywhere

3) Caribbean Breeze is on Windward Way which is WATER FRONT, versus Leeward Way which are upper units back off the water. The Upper units have a view of the lower unit roofs!

Know the Cowpet Bay area so there are No surprises......There are 4 condo associations on Cowpet Bay. The Anchorage, Cowpet Bay West, The Elysian and Cowpet Bay East. PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPARE APPLES TO APPLES! They are all beautiful in their own way and all are in a very safe, convenient location with access to restaurants, the beach, a pool, etc.

The Anchorage: Nice and private, small beach that is NOT the same as the big beach for the other 3 and there is no direct walking access to the restaurants and beach shop. Has its own (small, wooden deck) pool. Not at the same level as the other 3.

Cowpet Bay West: Beautifully designed, gated community, units face East so get GREAT breezes, ocean view (versus views that have parts of the bay and tin roofs), many units are on the same or only 1 level up from the beach. Most units have been remodeled, are rarely for sale and the general upkeep is very good. Clean, well kept, upscale. There are 2 streets (windward way and leeward way) and the lower units with direct views of water are on Windward Way and the upper units are on Leeward Way (Views of the roofs of the lower units and and far walks to the beach)

Cowpet Bay East: Nice condo association, a little rugged. Most units have water view but only partial and only parts of the bay. The upper units (Tara way) have a view of the roofs below and solar panels. 95% of all units have a serious walk to the beach, usually down 50+ steps. 95% of these units face South so have a lot of sun (making the balconies very hot) and the breeze is usually blocked.

The Elysian is very nice. A multi-level concrete complex that faces West (good breezes) but many units have views of the tennis courts, parking lot or trees as many of these units are far off the water. The upper units (3rd floor) have the best views but they have multiple staircases and steps, then a 50 yard+ walk to the beginning of the beach.

Caribbeen Breeze is about 20 minutes east of the airport/Charlotte Amalie and about 2 minutes from Redhook and the St. John Ferry!

AND it has a brand new full washer/dryer set for your use!

Beach: The white sandy beach is a 30 second walk from the front door and you can literally watch your kids play on the beach from the balcony.

Pool: The huge, beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub is a 1 minute walk from the front door. Lounge chairs and tables/umbrellas are always available.

Restaurants: Two restaurants are a 2 minute walk from the front door, on the beach. The Caribbean Fish Market is a high-end, renowned restaurant for dinner and Sangria's is an all-day beachfront restaurant and bar with awesome fish tacos, pizza and Caribbean drinks! There is also a Pool bar at the pool....!

Water Sports: Right on the beach is a beach rental shack with snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. for daily or weekly rentals.

Safety: Cowpet Bay West is one of the nicest associations in St Thomas, is a gated community with a security guard. Our neighbor is the Ritz and it is widely known as the most sought after residential communities.
