Caribbean Breeze is one of very few condos on Cowpet Bay 1) that is ACTUALLY on the beach 2) faces East (beautiful breeze) 3) has a 30 second walk to the water!

Located at Cowpet Bay West, this perfect beachfront location is 30 feet from the beach! Many locations in St Thomas claim beach front and ocean front an then you have to walk 5-10 minutes down MANY stairs. Caribbean Breeze is literally a 30 second walk down a half flight of stairs, through a pathway to beautiful Cowpet Beach!

What makes the Caribbean Breeze Condo unique and Cowpet Bay West Condo Association unique:

1) Caribbean Breeze: True Beach front condo (you can actually watch kids on the beach from the balcony), listen to the waves all night, 1 minute walk to the pool, pool bar and (2) restaurants

2) Cowpet Bay West Condos "face" east, which means you will get beautiful breezes all day long (Many visitors don't even turn on the A/C!) The sun is over the roof by mid-day so it isn't shining in the condo making the balcony very enjoyable!

The other condos on Cowpet Bay - Cowpet Bay East are also beautiful but "face" south so the sun is in your face all day long, most condos have ZERO breeze. And both Cowpet Bay West and the Elysian have many steep stairs to and from the water

Restaurants: Two restaurants are a 2 minute walk from the front door, on the beach. The Caribbean Fish Market is a high-end, renowned restaurant for dinner and Sangria's is an all-day beachfront restaurant and bar with awesome fish tacos, pizza and Caribbean drinks! Water Sports: Right on the beach is a beach rental shack with snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. for daily or weekly rentals.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean, spacious and was well stocked including some beach toys for the kids, a cooler, some snorkel equipment, etc. Kids enjoyed the large pool when we were not at the beach. Very close to Redhook and a great base to explore various beaches and the Redhook ferry. Highly recommend renting a car. Nice snorkeling on the left side of the beach up and around the point. All in all a great stay and wonderful trip and Antonella was a very responsive host.

We had a great stay overall and truly enjoyed our time here. The beach is beautiful—entry is a bit rocky, but once you’re in past thigh depth the water is sandy and lovely. It made for great swimming and relaxing.That said, communication could be improved. We didn’t receive check-in instructions until just minutes before check-in, despite messaging and calling the owner directly. We ultimately had to contact Vrbo to obtain the necessary information, which added unnecessary stress upon arrival.During our stay, the island experienced a water outage issue. The property manager was responsive once we reached out, which we appreciated, but it would have been helpful to receive a proactive message since there was an alert about scheduled pipe repairs and anticipated water disruption.Location-wise, this place is fantastic. Caribbean Fish Market, Sangria’s, and Sunset Grille at Secret Harbour were all excellent dining options and very close by. Our favorite beach was Megan’s Bay. If you are looking for an amazing dinner, Prime at Paradise Point was fantastic, pricy, but worth it- grab a sunset reservation for amazing views! Ask for Tom! Overall, a wonderful property and location with just a few communication improvements that would make the experience even better.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. Location close to the beach was great. Cowpet Bay is certainly one of the nicer locations to stay on the island. We would recommend eating at Sunset Grille and the Sunset Grille Patio. Agave downtown Red Hook was good too, but parking in Red Hook can be a disaster so get there 20 mins before your reservation. The ferry from Red Hook to St John is a good 1/2 day to day trip. Ski and Sea Powerboats were great for a private day snorkeling. Restaurants at the Ritz are nice, but the food and service was subpar.

St. Thomas Stay

We booked prior to the covid outback so was not able to go March 2020. Rebooked for January 2021. Confusion on payment up until the day we left. Place was bneautifiul. Enjoyed the sunrises and hearing the waves all night. Wished the gym was open and the kayak rental. Dinner at the Fish Market was the best meal we had.

This is the one!

You've done a lot of research, trying to find the perfect location for your upcoming stay on St Thomas. This is the perfect location. Lowest level, close to the beach, our stopwatch said 38 seconds to the sand :) Large pool with hot tub and 2 restaurants. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Only a 6 minute drive to Red Hook, close to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry. Not to mention it's also a short drive to the best beaches the island has to offer. It checked all of the boxes for our family, don't hesitate!

Our stay at "Caribbean Breeze" was fabulous! The condo is exquisitely beautiful and the location is second to none. The listing is accurate and the details provided in the description and arrival information were very helpful. I loved the fact that you could look out from your patio and see your family right on the beach. We followed Russ' advice and often slept with the patio sliders open taking full advantage of the soothing sounds of the wave as well as the refreshing breeze throughout the night. Snorkeling is great right at Cowpet Bay. The beach bar, restaurants, and pool are all excellent and immaculately maintained. The guests, condo owners, and staff were friendly and always ready to engage in conversation or offer suggestions. I would recommend this condo to my friends and relatives. We will definitely be spending more time at Cowpet Bay West!

Best Beachfront Condo!

My family and I loved our stay. From the moment our taxi entered the gated community, we were hooked! The tree lined streets and private entries were well kept and welcoming. Loved the arched doorways. The moment you enter the condo, you face an unobstructed view of palm trees, white sands and turquoise water! The condo overlooks the beach and you are seconds from the sand! Two great restaurants are within walking distance and both serve delicious foods and drinks. We celebrated our 22 year wedding anniversary at the Caribbean Fish Market. Our hosts were amazing. Antonella was responsive and helpful. Taxi service was readily available and the condo is a short drive from everything. We loved our stay and highly recommend staying here!! We will be back! Enjoy!

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Thomas at the Nazareth Beach Front Condo. We toured the whole island and felt that Cowpet Bay was our favorite, and lucky for us, we got to stay in a great condo right on the beach at Cowpet Bay! The condo was clean, spacious, and air conditioned in an excellent location. The host was very helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable. The view is unbeatable. Loved our stay. Overall solid experience.

It started off a little rough. The gate wouldn’t open to get into the community. Once we found someone to let us inside we arrived to the unit. At this point we were excited to unpack and start enjoying paradise! The lock to the condo was tricky at best to get into and we needed to find the property managers to help us. After we finally got into the unit it was smooth sailing. The unit is as described. Very close to the beach and pool! The key and the keypad to the pool don’t work, but to be fair, we talked to several other people who’s keys to the pool didn’t work. There was always someone close by to let you into the pool area. The beach is the best part by far. The swimming was great and the snorkeling was even better. We saw several stingrays, multiple species of fish and there is a nice coral reef next to the rocks on the left side of the beach. I would definitely stay in Cowpet Bay West again.

Great location, great breeze al day, slept with the windows open, quiet all week, weekend picked up a bit, nice to have access to amenities at Elysian resort, full kitchen , beds were very comfortable. Everything I expected from reading all the other reviews.

This property - to us - is the perfect combination of a private condo in a very safe, high-end association AND a resort lifestyle with the pool, pool bar, beach, beach restaurants and kayak/snorkel/paddle board rentals. This particular condo unit has a perfect view, consistent breezes, shelter from the sun and the closest location to the beach that you will find.

What makes this property unique

Listening to the water at night, the birds in the morning while having coffee on the balcony, watching my kids on the beach from the balcony - it is very family friendly. The security of letting my younger kids walk to the beach and the pool makes a vacation much more enjoyable.

Know the Cowpet Bay area so there are No surprises......There are 4 condo associations on Cowpet Bay. The Anchorage, Cowpet Bay West, The Elysian and Cowpet Bay East. PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPARE APPLES TO APPLES! They are all beautiful in their own way and all are in a very safe, convenient location with access to restaurants, the beach, a pool, etc.


Cowpet Bay West: Beautifully designed, gated community, units face East so get GREAT breezes, ocean view (versus views that have parts of the bay and tin roofs), many units are on the same or only 1 level up from the beach. Most units have been remodeled, are rarely for sale and the general upkeep is very good. Clean, well kept, upscale. There are 2 streets (windward way and leeward way) and the lower units with direct views of water are on Windward Way and the upper units are on Leeward Way (Views of the roofs of the lower units and and far walks to the beach)
