Adorable little cottage. Our Labradoodle Winny loved running around in the fenced in yard. She didn’t however like the spiral staircase and refused to go up it, but we adapted and the pullout couch downstairs was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for home base to see the sights of Harper’s Ferry. The little wine bar across the street was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and the appetizers- Brussel sprouts and the bruschetta were fantastic. Great place to stay.
We loved that the place was pet-friendly, very close to everything (walkable or quick drive), and was across the street from some great restaurants. Had all the basic amenities you need on a stay. We struggled a lot with the spiral staircase, our dog couldn’t use it and even though she is small we physically did not have room to safely carry her upstairs. Our luggage also had to stay downstairs. We managed but definitely did not foresee that being a problem when we booked. The place was clean and we overall really enjoyed our trip. The spacious backyard was a nice bonus!
Really nice property, and exactly as advertised. There were several local restaurants within easy walking distance (we loved both Bolivar Bread and Snallygaster's) and it was a fairly easy walk to the historic part of Harper's Ferry. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown Harpers Ferry. Short drive to all the vineyards. Very clean house with many charming touches. Great restaurant and wine bar 1 block away-Snallygasters Cafe. Highly recommend staying at Casita Azul.
Beautiful cottage with a huge backyard (perfect for letting our pups chill and run), very well appointed house and yard with everything you need. Well within walking distance of not only historic Harper’s Ferry but lots of good restaurants and shops, we only used our car to drive to Antietam. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful and it’s clear that a lot of care is put into this welcoming cottage. We will definitely be back!
The house was beautiful and clean. All the beds were so comfortable! Kids had a lot of fun running around the huge backyard and playing croquet. We're already wanting to go back!
We had a great stay at this little house! It was exactly as described in the listing, the spiral staircase is incredibly narrow and steep. I found it difficult to navigate but it was not a surprise since it was clearly stated. The location is great and we were able to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Consider the staircase but other than that I’d definitely recommend!
Perfect place to stay in Harper’s Ferry. Cottage is exactly as pictured nestled on a quiet street. Very clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated. The fenced yard was large and the perfect area for the dog to run in. The hosts were pleasant and responsive.
We loved our stay. The location was central to everything we did; the car stayed in the driveway for almost our entire trip, and the yard is perfect for dogs. The house itself is exactly as shown in the pcs. Highly recommended
The house was well equipped and comfortable, it had everything we needed. As fully described, the spiral staircase to get upstairs could be challenging for some, it was not a problem for us. Communication was great.
Sizeable backyard with nice amenities for entertaining. Bathrooms were large with plenty of hot water. AC was excellent throughout the property. Spiral staircase was narrow but manageable for small children and moderately mobility impaired adults. Would stay again.
What a lovely, cozy, clean property! The location was in the heart of Harper’s Ferry. Everything advertised was exactly as described, even nicer, inside and out! Cathy, our property manager was communicative and helpful. We will be back!!
We really enjoyed our stay. We had one hiccup with the code for the front door not working, but the owners communicated immediately to get us in! We really liked the fenced in yard for our dog and the fire pit with fire wood so easily accessible. One thing we learned about Harper’s Ferry is the abundance of gnats!!! Bring your bug spray!! Loved this house!
Place was clean ..had all the necessary bath and kitchen items.
Very convenient to historic part of Harpers Ferry..
Large fenced backyard for our dog…
Would give it 5 stars but winding , circular metal stairway was very tight.Fortunately both of us are slim so was manageable.
Plan on staying here again if visiting Harper’s Ferry/Charles Town area..
