Great place to stay

Check-in and out was very easy. Xavier is very kind and responded very quickly and provided a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Will stay again!

Beautiful Home I would love to live there

The home is adorable and the tub is lovely. I loved the master and set up my clothes in a great closet for travel. I had a wonderful time. I got it after the storm so I got a deal and hope to get it reasonably again. Send me the link for availability as I am coming back in a couple of weeks.

You get what you pay for.

The entire experience was poor. From messaging host and getting a response 7 hrs later and at 4am to having to meet host in parking garage to gain access to building, to host showing apartment and still having his dog there, the place smelling like cigarettes, to roaches bates and Raid spray can on counter tops, place being dim and eerie, the place having personal belongings, the place feeling like a bachelor pad. Never to return

I apologize for your displeasure with your stay. Due to using openpath to access the building, you cannot enter the building without being let in until you are given the necessary credentials which I always provide upon personally checking in the guests. The theme of the unit (which is my home) is a “bachelor pad” so I’m glad you were able to pick up on that but I’m sorry you didn’t notice via the pictures posted prior to your booking. The roach spray and baits are due to the plants/herbs on the oversized patio which attract unwanted insects/pests and is meant to help. Hopefully your next stay wherever it may be is far more pleasant and again I apologize for the inconvenience.

Roach-Filled Retreat

First off, contacting Xavier at all during our stay was like pulling teeth as he took HOURS to reply to my texts/calls. After he gave us an apartment tour, my guest saw the LARGE roach baits/traps that were on the countertops and the raid can under the sink.Almost immediately after we had to kill a roach in the kitchen (which I have pics of).We were ready to leave then, but unfortunately the trip was non-refundable.I could've complained about this but I didn't, because I thought Xavier was nice and didn't want to cause any issues..HUGE mistake.Not only were there more roaches, there was dog fur on the couch, the bed had some weird dirty feather on it, there was barely any hand soap in the bathroom, there was a dead roach by the pots and pans, a stained rug, and an apartment office worker knocked on our door randomly.Also, his can opener was VERY rusty, I had to request that he get a new one.He asked if I could wait 45 mins/1 hour to have it delivered, and I said it was ok.Well 45 mins became 3 hours, then he asked if I could meet the delivery driver.I was annoyed by this but didn't say anything because I did not want to cause any tension.I was instructed by Xavier to meet the delivery man in the VERY dim and creepy stairwell, which I was definitely uncomfortable with.Due to these issues,I asked for a discount towards extending my stay, to which he declined.He also lied and claimed someone had booked for the exact days we needed.I would NEVER recommend for anyone to stay here.
