Rest peacefully and rejuvenate in this luxe 1 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment with poolside patio.

The apartment is located near many well-loved destinations in Houston including: NRG Stadium, The Texas Medical Center, The Galleria, the Museum District, Houston Zoo and much more! Save on parking and walk 15min to NRG stadium!
The space
This peaceful space was created to provide travelers a comfortable place to rest while attending local concerts, events, exploring Houston and for those traveling for business or visiting our Texas Medical Center.

The one bedroom, one bath apartment is on the ground floor and has a full kitchen, full sized washer and dryer in unit, living room with flat screen tv and a comfy pull out couch to accommodate guests.

The pool side patio has outdoor furniture and lights for your enjoyment. The dedicated workspace has a lumbar support chair and desk lamp, a perfect space for our business travelers.

The bedroom suite also has flat screen tv, memory foam mattress, and black out curtains so you can rest peacefully during your stay.

The bathroom has a garden tub shower and closet stocked with extra linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and pack n play for your tiny traveler.
Guest access
During your stay, you have full access to the apartment and to property amenities including: a resort-style pool, workout gym, executive business center, club room with pool table and tv lounge, and a roof-top dog park.

Complimentary parking is available for guests in parking garage: 6th-7th floors.

Other notes:
Trash: Valet trash is collected SUNDAY - THURSDAY starting at 7 p.m. Please leave the trash can outside the door, after 6 pm. If you place it outside before 6pm, it generates a fine from the property.

Fitness center: The fitness center is open 24 hours. Children are not allowed in the facility. Please use headphones, as speakers are not allowed

Pool: The pool is open from 9 am - 10 pm. Closed Mondays and in the morning on Friday for cleaning. Animals and glass beverages are prohibited. All children must be supervised by an adult.

Parking: Guest parking is located on garage levels 6 & 7.

We enjoyed the private outdoor patio with a view of the pool. The apartment has a great floor plan and the kitchen is well equipped. Every detail has been thought of. It’s a perfect location if you’re in town to visit the medical district.

The location was perfect as we have family and friends nearby. The pictures show the property just as it is. Monica was very attentive, even bringing us a new coffee maker when the one in the unit broke!

My husband had a surgery at Houston Medical Center. This was the perfect place to stay. Great communication, detailed instruction, very clean, super secure, and cozy apartment with parking available in a parking garage. I wish we had time to swim. I would definitely stay her again. The property needed much maintenance. The door from bedroom to the bathroom was falling off the hinges. The kitchen undercounter lights needed to be replaced. The window blinds were broken and missing blinds. Transferring luggage to the apartment from the curb and from the 6th floor guest parking section was a real hassel. The building had broken security doors including the exit from the parking garage (held permanently open by a cieling strap). The owner should invest money on the maintenance issues of her unit to keep it in tip-top shape for guests. Otherwise, it leaves one with the feeling that they are in it only for the money. We ended up only staying one night....

Thank you for your review. The apartment complex is currently upgrading their lock system. The timing of the conversion affected your stay and my apologies for that. The unit has been fully serviced and I am grateful for your input. We have a professional cleaning service that comes after each stay to clean and we also close the unit at regular intervals to service the room. Most maintenance is handled by the apartment complex and can be completed very quickly pending their schedule but often as soon as the same day or following day. The room is again in tip top shape and ready to provide a space of comfort and rest. We encourage every guest, and I’m sure every host would agree, to inform us if there is an issue. Some things get overlooked and it’s not necessarily intentional just not known. I am always happy to respond to guest reports and requests to ensure a enjoyable stay. I pray you have a memorable holiday season with your loved ones.
