Located Just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, and 3 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, this private mountain house is the perfect home base for relaxing by the fire, cooking in the chef's kitchen and taking in the beautiful tree filled surroundings- with plenty of space for the whole family, you’ll feel right at home at this cozy mountain getaway!
***Please note we do not allow any work vehicles or equipment on property. Neighborhood roads and driveways are not suitable.***
The Space:
Step into this well enjoyed mountain home, set on 8 acres of forested land, offering privacy, natural beauty, and room to roam. The wraparound porch invites you to unwind with a drink under starlight or sip your morning coffee while listening to songbirds. A short walk along a wooded path leads you to a pond and fire-pit area—perfect for evenings roasting s’mores or telling stories around the fire.
Step inside the main level of the home, where the open living area offers plenty of space for everyone to gather and spend time together. The chef’s kitchen is a highlight, featuring dual ovens, dual dishwashers, a farmhouse sink, and generous counter space- perfect for holiday dinners or casual cooking nights. The master suite (Bedroom 1) located off of the main level living room boasts (1) king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace with serene forest views. A convenient half bath is located just off the living room.

•Bedroom 3: Features (1) king bed
•Bedroom 4 / Downstairs Family Room: Not technically a bedroom- this is a walk-through family room that serves as a passage to the downstairs bedrooms, bathroom, and utility room- it includes (1) king bed and (1) queen bed

•Downstairs Bathroom: Full bathroom with a combined shower/tub
•Laundry / Utility Room: Functional space for laundry; unfinished and serves as a utility area
