Nice place could use some updating

Overall our stay was great! The house was very clean and it was stocked great. Only complaint we had was there was no patio or grass in the back yard and the house needs some maintenance . The back yard was all lava rock which did not allow to relax by the water and no bbq area. The management was great and very helpful and attentive to our needs there was a issue with tv and wifi and they were on it and had it fixed within 24 hours and they also let me use their office to do some business. Having your boat there when you walk out the back door is a added bonus and very much enjoyed.

The listing advertised a boat slip and when we arrived the home owner's boat was in slip. That was a HUGE inconvenience since the reason we chose that house was for the slip. The communication with property manager was poor. Slow to respond and sometimes nothing until next day. Listing claimed home had a hot tub and it didn't. Microwave didn't work. Tile on the counter was loose and just placed rather then fixing it. Dryer didn't work well - took hours to dry clothes. We did like the location very much once we got boat on water and had a slip assigned but getting to it each day was tough.

Clean, cozy perfect getaway house

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, rented this home for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday weekend and it was perfect for us. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, along with a den, bathroom and washer and dryers. And the upstairs has the master bedroom with an en suite and a second bedroom and bathroom. The Home was very clean and very spacious. We felt right at home and had a great time. The home came stocked with tons of VHS movies and family games. We cooked all of our meals and we were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. The house is very cozy, not a single draft in the home! We will definitely be booking this home in the future again.
