PET-FRIENDLY BEACH HOUSE WITH HOT TUB JUST FIVE MIN WALK FROM BEACH ACCESS !

Beautiful beach house located in Butler beach, just about five minutes from public beach access point, close to local restaurants, shops and only 15 mins away from the one and only Historic downtown!
Our house is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay, our kitchen has two coffee machines, blender, rice maker, instant pot, toaster, air fryer and more!
We provide fresh linens and towels to all of our guests. If traveling with little ones you will find a pack n play and baby high chair as well!

Dear Guest, thank you for staying with us! We have truly enjoyed hosting you! . We kindly ask to please gather all used towels and beddings and place them on the floor of each room used.
If our beach wagon and chairs have been used please be kind and rinse them before putting them in the back patio to avoid the sand a bit in that area . Please take out the trash.
Any left over food or water needs to be thrown away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Had a great stay, house was adorable and clean. Had everything we needed to stay comfortable and set us up to have extra fun with the hot tub, fire pit and beach gear available for a day on the beach. We had 7 days of pure Ocean Bliss. This house has all the things you need and more, from the short walk to the beach to getting schooled by my 7 year old in marvel vs street fighter. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach house

Perfect stay for our spring break vacation! House was clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs bathroom could use some more hooks to hang towels especially since it shares the bathroom with 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the house. The hot tub was great and the pool toys and cart were very helpful for our beach day. If planning to go to the beach though, I’d bring some beach towels as they only had 2 available. It is a bit noisy being right off A1A but we expected this and planned by bringing sound machines. It isn’t a deal breaker, just helpful for someone not familiar with the area to know. Would definitely rebook!

The home was very well decorated, however, there were numerous things that were off. The listing stated it sleeps 8, this is very true, however, it does not live 8. The couch, was very small boxy and only seated 3 people max. There were 2 chairs in the corner under the stairs, any other seating was only at the dining room table, not exactly set up for 8 to enjoy each others company or play games together. The downstairs shower was smaller than one on a sailboat. Water pressure was mediocre at best. The tvs are fed via streaming apps, but constantly dropped wifi connection. Also, you have to bring your own account for streaming, and deletion when you leave is practically impossible. The photos are professionally done and do not depict the actual size of the house or the rooms. There were only 4 of us, and that was almost all you could fit comfortably, minus the uncomfortable couch and stiff backed chairs. The screen enclosure where the hot tub is located is very small and messy and the yard work is not completed in the back and is a big fall hazard. The driveway is not designed to fit more than 1 vehicle at a time in it. There is an exterior shower, but it was very difficult to turn on as it was added to a hose bib.The travel into St. Augustine was nice and senic. The towel situation was an experience. The towels downstairs were folded, but not clean or dry and smelled of wet dog. Fire alarm beeped for 2 days with no help from management. Way over priced for what was offered
