The house was beautiful, clean and we loved the historical details that are still present. It was centrally located to all downtown Sainte Genevieve has to offer with everything being in walking distance. The whole process was easy with the host and hope to stay again on our next trip.

I wish we had more reasons to visit St. Gen if, for no other reason, we would get to stay here. Ideal location, cozy, all of the amenities one could ask for, outstanding hosts.

The property was exactly what we hoped for and needed to enjoy the festival and historic Ste Genevieve. The house is very clean, easy accessible, well maintained and well decorated. Our stay was completely comfortable. Our only suggestions would include possibly better landscaping for the outdoor experience and a full length mirror for the lady in bath or bedroom. Overall a great stay! Thank you

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Rivertown Retreat. Very clean and cozy with everything we needed. Great location close to lots of restaurants, easy walking. Our host, Jayne, made check in/out very easy. Great place for a couple looking to enjoy the Ste. Genevieve area.

If you're looking for a charming home with a touch of history, this is the perfect place to stay. The location couldn't have been better—it's within walking distance of just about everything in town. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Audubon, just down the street, and later walked across the street to catch a concert at The Orris. The house was comfortable, full of character, and made it easy to explore the area on foot. Jayne was a wonderful host, providing excellent communication and making check-in simple and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great little spot to stay!!! It has a lot of old world charm that is quite lovely. It is also in a great spot as you can walk to so many shops and restaurants from here. Perfect weekend getaway! I love staying in older homes and this one did not disappoint. Communication from the host was excellent. The location could not be more perfect for shopping, restaurants, and museums. We parked our car on Friday and didn't use it again until we left on Sunday. The home had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Highly recommend.
