This spacious and serene home has 2 patios, one for social bbqing and the other to relax and watch the fire. 33ft private pool with nearly 400 sq ft of decking and a 6 ft privacy fence in the peaceful countryside. Inside has the highest speed fiber wifi for gamers and streamers. Fireplace for romantic endeavors. 3 in 1 table containing fooseball/mini air hockey/mini billiards. 2 player Arcade that contains 619 video games that has all the popular titles including Pac Man, Street Fighter, X-Men, Aliens vs Predator, The Simpsons, Galaga, Star Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and many many more. It's a spacious 25'x 80' home sporting 3 queens, 1 double, 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 extra cots with plenty of space for 10 to 14 to enjoy their vacation, again, ask about adding Queen beds or re arranging beds to suit your needs. This one acre of property backs up to 80 acres of woodland. Keeping the deer from eating the hostas is the only concern and it's too late for that. The pool will be open June 1st!!!!

Why they chose this property
This part of the countryside is away from city life. I have always enjoyed the sense of freedom and the warm community of simple people. It's less than 3 miles from the main interstate, the roads are all paved except for Manhattan drive
