The Space:

Welcome to The Bears Den 🐻✨ – your cozy getaway with room for the whole crew! This freshly updated unit sits on the second floor with its own private entrance, and it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.



The open-concept living space is the ultimate hangout spot cook a meal together, break out the board games, or just relax while soaking in those gorgeous golf course views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. When you’re ready for some fresh air, step out to the patio to enjoy the scenery with your favorite drink or prepare a delicious meal on the outdoor grill as the sun sets over the greens.



On the main floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a queen bunk bed (hello, built-in sleepover vibes!). There’s also a bathroom with a shower/tub combo—perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventures. Head upstairs to the master suite, where you’ll have a king bed all to yourself, a TV ready for Netflix binges (just log into your account), and a spacious ensuite with a stand-up shower.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of two locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is within a 7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.

The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
