Decorated in neutrals, this home is very bright and inviting. You could not ask for a better location for all seasons. Walking distance to golf course, tennis, and winter activities, but off the beaten path just enough so you have some privacy.

The main level has an open-concept living room and kitchen featuring an electric log fireplace and views of the 5th green on Sugar Mountain Golf Course. There is also a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and a full-size bath with a shower, and a loft office area with views of the golf course. Downstairs room with a full-size bed, queen sleeper, TV, and full-size bath with shower. The laundry room is also located downstairs. There are 3 decks offering plenty of space for relaxing outside and enjoying the mountain air.

Close proximity to Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and stocked with all the basics that we needed. It was a perfect location to family who have a place nearby. The decks were nice too. It met all of our needs and allowed for us to enjoy a beautiful Christmas with family.
