This beautiful Spanish style Villa is located in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Cabo with 24 hour private security. The home can be rented as a 5 bedroom luxury escape with your own private pool and hot tub as well a spectacular community pool right above the ocean.
The home just underwent an interior and exterior refresh with an updated kitchen, luxurious bedding, & a fully stocked gourmet kitchen that would make any chef happy (which we would be happy to arrange for your group.
Casa Las Terrasas has approximately 5,000 square feet of air conditioned living space and over 5,000 square feet of outside entertainment space including a new private pool and jacuzzi, gas BBQ and charcoal grill, & plenty of patio space for entertaining. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the sunsets over the ocean and incredible stargazing in the evenings with comfortable lounge beds to accommodate.
There is a beautiful ocean front community pool with a club house and full kitchen available to use and 2 tennis courts.
All of this within minutes of Cabo's fantastic marina and downtown night life as well as easy access Costco and Walmart.
If you enjoy golf??? The Cabo San Lucas Country Club is only minutes away and they have very reasonable rates. If you prefer more challenging course, the Jack Nicklaus designed course of Cabo Del Sol has an ocean course and a desert course and is located a few minutes away.

The house was beautiful and perfect for hosting our group of 7 ladies. Geraldine was a pleasure to work with and helped plan and arrange chef services, transport, etc. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and hot tub as a plus too!

Amazing house!

Amazing property but what really made the trip extra special was the amazing concierge service Geraldine provided for our group. Absolutely spectacular. Breakfast every morning with Chef Victor and Eduardo was outrageously amazing. Being Mexico born and raised myself I often miss those home cooked meals my grandmother made and they really hit the mark on those morning nostalgic flavors making the entire experience for our group extra special. Thank you!!

Cabo Bach Pad!

I booked this house for my big sisters bachelorette party and it was better than we could have ever imagined! Cabo Family Trip

We loved the house! It fit our family of 10, with separate family spaces. A wonderful kitchen with everything we needed. The concierge service was GREAT!! They booked our transportation to and from airport, several trips to golf and to town!. We had a great caterer Victor, and enjoyed massages as well! The pool area with great loungers, Umbrellas as required and new BBQ, outdoor and rooftops furniture to watch the sunrise and sunsets and the whales too!

Couldn’t ask for a better vacation!

There were ten of us and the house was perfect! We saw whales from the club house every morning around 7am. We had the chef come in three times and the food and margaritas were really good! There is a grocery store across the street from the gate entrance that we got our supplies from. We had to cross a busy street but it was very convenient. Went into town once which was only 10-15 min ride. We loved being on the rooftop at night under the stars! We will definitely be coming back!!

Loved every minute of it!

It was the perfect getaway for a group of 8 women celebrating a milestone birthday. Starting and ending each day on the rooftop deck was definitely a highlight. From the whales breaching to the sunrises and sunsets, it was perfect. The house is large and the accommodated all of us easily. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We leveraged the concierge, Marzia, who arranged for us some great services and got into some fabulous places we wanted to go and some we'd never heard of before. Alvaro the house manager was super responsive to our needs as well. We just keep asking ourselves, when can we go back? Loved it!

Fantastic place to stay

This house was terrific! Plenty of space for time together or time alone. The house was comfortably furnished and well-kept. The house manager and concierge went above and beyond for our needs. We utilized the Chef's service and were beyond impressed with what we got. Chef Ulysses made fantastic dinners that were amazing! The flat fee for his service was comparable to the price of a ride back to the marina. The only charge was for groceries. The outdoor pool area was so much fun! The rooftop was great for watching the whales' activities. All of this was in what felt like a very safe community.

This is one of the best vacations we have ever had. From the time we booked our trip a year out, Don and Debbie were available at our demand. Reponses to questions come promptly. The Beds in this home are amazing!!! I wanted to bring mine home. Kathya and Ricardo were readily available for anything we needed. There were 9 of us and a toddler. Never once did we feel crowded or that we didn't have enough space. We were 5-8 minutes from downtown Cabo. We will be coming back!! Thank you Don and Debbie for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful home with rooftop patio

This is a beautiful home with a rooftop patio. We enjoyed going up there at night to see the stars. Theres no shade so its too hot during the day to spend much time up there but it has a nice view of the ocean too. The kids really loved the pool its right by the door to the house so set up was super convenient. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were tons of dishes and serving utensils etc in kitchen also plenty of towels and laundry. The owners have really stocked the house well and have tried to think of amything you could need. They have a concierge who helped us set up a lot of activities and restaurant reservations. Theres an assistant manager who.was there when ee arrived and was very willing to answer questions. He even gave us a few suggestions on area things too. Victors catering will bring dinner it was very good and there was enough left for several lunches. The only surprise was not having hot water for showers. Its very warm in cabo when we were there so it wasn't too bad but it was unexpected. Very lovely property overall

Nice Property and Location, but construction is underway next door

We loved the house itself -- it was comfortable for our group and well-stocked and in a nice, gated community with a shared club house overlooking the water. In addition, Geraldine and Fernando (concierge and property manager) were responsive and helpful. What we did not love was arriving to the sights and sounds of construction on a house being built next door which both impacted the view toward the water and made it difficult for our grandchildren to nap or for us to sit out by the pool while the workers were there. We had never been alerted, either in writing or with pictures, by the owner or VRBO, that this construction was underway. Given that this was a family vacation and that we had chosen this house because we could sit outside and swim while the children napped, and eat on the outside dining table, it was disappointing and misleading. When we contacted the staff, we were told the construction would stop on Saturday afternoon (which it did) but it still affected us for the day and a half until that time and, of course, the view was impacted. While we understand the owner may not have control over neighboring construction, they do have control over communicating this information to renters. Someone should have alerted us and, knowing that information, we could either have accepted or requested a discount or opted for another place. We also could not get the hot tub hot.

Thank you for the review. I have spoken with the property manager in Cabo, and she informed me that the guest (Rob and family) had made contact with her and informed said they were completely satisfied with their stay but his mother had threatened to leave a bad review unless she received a refund. As you can see, we have well over 100 - 5 star reviews for the house and staff. We are proud our many years of welcomed guests and sorry that this one guest was not satisfied.

DON’T BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!!

They are building a house directly next to the pool - there is construction all day long and there is no longer an ocean view from the pool!!! The only thing you can see from the pool now is a wall of concrete bricks. We were not informed of ANY construction going on until we arrived to the property to discover it for ourselves. We were in contact with the host both over the phone and through email numerous times before our stay, and they never once brought up any construction. They also knew that this was not an ordinary vacation - it was my bachelorette trip that is a once in your lifetime trip. After expressing our dissatisfaction to the PM on site (at arrival), he told us he would contact the owners and see what he could do, which was ultimately nothing. They told us they had no other properties available for us, so we didn’t have any choice but to stay. However, we did NOT get what we paid for or what we booked. We booked a PRIVATE house with an OCEAN view from the pool and that is NOT what we got. We got the opposite of that. We didn’t use the pool area because there were construction workers within feet of the pool at all times except night time. They were even there on Saturday (we left early Sunday, so they were there every day of our stay). The PM did provide a free chef breakfast, but we felt it was pretty minimal considering the expense that comes with staying at this property. The “beach” is just a big rocky point. So don’t waste your money!

It offers an ocean view from the top terrace and access to a wonderful ocean clubhouse just steps away. We take great pride in offering exceptional value for the price. Regarding the nearby construction, it lasted only two days and only for a few hours each day. As a courtesy, we provided complimentary cleaning service and a breakfast buffet for your group, which you accepted. We always strive to resolve any concerns in a fair and professional manner. While we respect every guest’s right to share their opinion, we cannot agree with requests for monetary compensation tied to review outcomes. The construction was completed, and everything is normal. We remain proud of our many positive reviews and the wonderful returning guests who visit us year after year. We truly wish you all the best.

Lovely, large home near Cabo San Lucas

Our family of nine had a wonderful time in Cabo and really enjoyed being at this house. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. There were spices, napkins, dish and laundry soap, etc. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The living area was spacious as was the outside patio areas and gave us plenty of room to spread out . The pool was rather small but we enjoyed the hot tub and the large community pool down the street. This pool was reserved for a private party one day, so if you plan to sit around at the Casa Club, be sure it is available. Having said that, I gave 4 stars due to a couple of things. The listing quoted 5 bedrooms and 5 toilet/showers. The two bedrooms that were outside of the house shared one (very big) toilet and shower.It worked for the four teens that were sleeping there but there were really only 4 and 1/2 baths, the half bath by the bar being the guest toilet, I suppose. The other issues were in the kitchen- we were unable to light the back burners on the cook top so were unable to use the stove top griddle. The property manager said she was unaware of this. We wanted to use the griddle as the outside grill did not seem to get hot enough to quickly cook our arrechera. The dishwasher was difficult to load and unload as the top shelf slides all the way out when the door is opened, does not stay in place. The icemaker works but if you plan to make blended drinks, it would be a good idea to buy a bag of ice as the fridge runs out of ice quickly. The house is about a 10 minute ride from CSL and at $10.00 a person round trip, it mounts up for a party of 9. Kathya usually ordered a van right away when we needed one but I would suggest getting a number of a driver so you can call direct. One time I think Kathya,s phone seemed to be off so we had to wait well over an hour and finally called the number of the rental agency in order to get transportation. All in all, we had a great time in this house, wonderful views, large spaces, nice rooftop terrace.

Dear Barbara Thank you for staying at are Cabo home. I was just there right behind you. I was only there for a few days but better then nothing. I talked with Kathya about the issues and had the stove fixed yesterday. One of the knobs where stripped and the other controller someone had jammed. One of the issues of owning a vacation home no one treats your property the way you do. Thanks for letting us know. We only have 1 ice maker but that's why we put 2 fridge/ freezers in the house for extra space for ice bags and beverages. You can buy ice right across the street at the Santa Carmela Market. The taxis in town usually charge $25 for 5 people and a additional 4 per each extra person. That is one way. You can also rent cars in Cabo for a pretty good rate mid size around $250. a week. You can also call to the security guard shack and they will call a taxi for you. I have them adjusting the legs on the dishwasher again I have no clue why that keeps on happening. As for the bbq it is only a couple years old it's kept very clean, I do not know why it was not hot enough, but we do have a built in charcoal grill right next to it. My wife and I love Cabo and finally decided to purchase a home in paradise so we can come visit whenever we want.

Why they chose this property

This home is in one of the most exclusive developments in Cabo. There are only 3 lots between the house and the beach front clubhouse so there is no long walks. The home has it's own private pool if you want privacy.
The house was damaged from hurricane Odel in Sept. of 2014 so we completely remodeled the home inside and out. The furnishings were also completely replaced with high end mattresses and bedding for the most comfortable nights sleep ever!
My wife loves to cook so there was no expense spared when she bought appliances, cooking utensils, and dishware.
There is a local property manager (Kathya) that is very professional and speaks English if you any needs or questions. She will meet you at the home on arrival and explain the details of the home and development.
The community has 24 hours guards that can also assist you with taxis, and an administration office with staff on duty week days that speak great English that may also be able to answer questions.

What makes this property unique

Privacy yet close to downtown Cabo.
San Jose Del Cabo is a short 15 minute drive away if you prefer a quieter night out.
You can rent wave runners, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, book tours or cruises, all within a few miles of the house.
Costco and Walmart are within 2 miles from the house.
