Very safe.. nobody bothers you and it’s very quiet. It will remind you of a high rise like in Houston or New York. I just booked my second stay there and the same unit

Best VRBO experience to date

The apartment and its amenities were spectacular. Landscaping on the patio, in and around the building made me feel as if I was in a lush tropical paradise. I was very confused with the communication. I would text and email the owner without a response. Wasn't clear if we were communicating by VRBO app, Whatsapp, or email. A brief manual in the apartment with details of the apartment, tips for use of the appliances, electronics. A list of nearby pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants would be helpful. Allowing guest early check-in would be greatly appreciated. There is 5hrs between check-out and check-in. Most guests arrive exhausted. Allowing guest to check-in early, if possible, is an immense gesture of goodwill and generosity. Would definitely recommend and book this property again.
